Aluminum generator heat exchanger of wind energy system

<1>Material: Aluminum
<2> ISO 9001:2008 certified.
<3> Applied to the medium, clean and no corrosion to aluminum.
Aluminum generator heat exchanger of wind energy system

Benefits:
1) Compact Construction.
--Through vacuum brazing and manual argon welding, with the plate fins enlarge the heat transfer surface. They also consolidate the construction.

2)Good Efficient.
--The plate fins play an important role in heat exchangers. Placing slots in the fins at regular intervals causes new thermal boundary layers to be initiated at each fin section, resulting in a reduction of the average boundary layer thickness and an increase in the average heat transfer coefficient. Its heat transfer coefficient is 3 times than shell and tube heat exchanger.

3)Low Investment costs.
--Compact design takes less space than conventional heat exchanger types.
--Reduced number of items, as many streams can be treated within only one compact heat exchanger unit
-
-
Aluminum’s density is small. The fin is pretty thin with compact construction, small volume, so it’s light (lower 80% than shell and tube heat exchanger).

4)Low Energy Costs.
--Small possible temperature differences between the streams.
--Low pressure drops.

Customization
-Each aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger is specially designed for the required thermal and hydraulic performance thus providing exactly fitting and very economical process equipment.

Quality Control
-With accurate measurement and precise manufacture process presenting our strength.
-Quality control personnel subjected the products to rigorous testing. E.g. Leak tightness, crushing resistance, bearing pressure.
