JYA6G is one of Junya JYA6 series alternator, it meet the requirements of GB755, BS
EN60034, BS5000, VDE0530,NEMA MGt-32, IEC34-1, CSA22.2,AS1395.

Characteristic:
1.Optional auxiliary winding system provides sustained short circuit capability;
2.Advanced automatic voltage regulator(AVR) control for trouble-free operation under the most
demanding conditions;
3.Easy paralleling wiht mains or other generators;
4.Standard 2/3 pitch windings avoid excessive neutral currents;
5.Dynamically balanced rotors, with sealed-for-life ball bearing and single or two-bearing
construction.
6.Simple installation and maintenance, with easy access to terminals, rotaing diodes and
coupling bolts;
7.Built to conform with all leading industrial standards.

Insulation/Impregnation:
1.The insulation system is class "H";
2.All generator stators are wound to 2/3 pitch;
3.Telephone interference (as fefined by BS4999 part 40)is better than 210.TIF(as defined by
ASAC50.12)is better than 50;
4.The absence of brushgear and the hign quality AVR ensure low levels of interference with
radio transmissions. Additional RFI suppression may be supplied if required.
5.Standard generators are 3 phase reconnectable with 12 ends brought out to the terminals,
which are mounted on a cover at the non-drive end of the generator. A sheet steel terminal
box contains the AVR and provides ample space for customer's wiring and gland
arrangements, it has removable panels for easy access.


Enclosure:
IP23(NEMA1) is standard for all industrial and marine generators.


Shaft and keys:
All generator rotors are dynamically balanced to better than BS6861: Part 1 Grade 2.5 for minimum vibration in operation. Two bearing generators are balanced with a half key.
