Pitch mechanism: independent electric drive pitch and high precision electric drive servo drive can ensure high wind power conversion efficiency and safety & reliability of Gen-set operation.
Double-bearing supporting framework: reduce bending moment taken on gear box operation and improve stress state of gear box;
Gear box: use internal construction of 1-stage planet gear 2-stage, specialization design aiming to wind turbine characteristics and load distribution. Light weight and sage & reliable operation are its advantages.
Generator: double-feed asynchronism generator with developed technology and operation experience. Stable and reliable performance;
Yaw system: 4 points contact rolling element turning support & 4-electric drive active yawing;
Control system: speed changing operation in wider working condition range. Easy access to adjust and higher reliability;
Anti-low temperature, anti-wind and sand, anti-lightning strike, adapt to wind resource in northern China.
