This is horizontal axis wind generator system.
1. WIND GENERATOR BODY
A. Nacelle: Adopting aluminium alloy compression moulding, light in weight.
B. Silicon steel sheet: Using model 600 cold rolling silicon steel sheet, uneasy to heating.
C. Rotor: material of the magnet is NdFeB( H grade), high efficiency and thermostability.
D. Tail: Molding by fiberglass mat, good suppleness and high intensity.
2. BLADES
A. Molding by fiberglass hot-forming, which can be formed at one time by using a 500T press machine. High intensity and well balanced.
B. The weight of the blade is 5.2kgs/pcs, and the lengh is 1.55m.
C. Designed life time: more than 15 years
3. Wind-solar hybrid controller
A. Adopting wall-mounted design and using fiberglass molding process.
B. Using PLC as the core control part, good anti-interference.
C. Detecting temperature, wind speed, voltage, current and RPM for the better control.
D. Oversized LCD interface, the effective viewing area is: 100mmX80mm
E. Double pretection---brake and dump loader. Active protection combined with negative protection, more reliable.
